Harmonizers: This exciting ensemble is for 3rd through 5th graders who sing, play the violin, or play the piano!  Students with all levels of experience, including beginners, are welcome. Harmonizers will learn music from numerous musical genres while developing advanced performance skills. Singers will explore 2-part harmonies focusing on voice control, pitch, and breath support. String players will learn arco and pizzicato bowing technique and perform melodic arrangements on the violin. Piano players will learn chord patterns on the keyboard. Together, this music group will perform in the winter and spring.  Rehearsals are every Wednesday morning from 7:30-8:20 A.M.  in the LS music room.  I hope you can join me in this ensemble!
